actually in whatever differences there will be reasonable problems. age differences can pose problems as well. not from outside factor but between the two of you. especially if u're in different phases of your life. (e.g. 1 in coll 1 in sec sch. or 1 working 1 studying)

all the ppl we tot looks happily married now went thru A LOT. and still do rub shoulders with each other on the matter.

and love does not conquer all (as we are led to believe).

don't rush into BGR ya. wait for it. u'll enjoy it more later.

About the putting their relationship first instead of God.
I don't agree with larry and jess that you all can like be sure people won't put God first.
I feel that it's up to individual.
Plus,I kinda agree with Joel. If God is not in the center, it wouldn't really work out.

Oh I feel terrible about doing this, but here's my take on things, based on what I've read all along this page.

Jessamine is right in that you cannot divorce God from whatever relationship you are having. If you are a Christian, you have agreed that you are going to completely depend on God, EVEN IN BGR!

If you try to work your relationship out by yourself, I think God will withdraw His perfect will for your life. Even in your relationships, God is interested in His agendas, not yours. Because His agenda is the only thing that is going to stand the test opf time.

Some time ago, I remember Eunice Tan telling us that Christian- NonChristian relationships are discouraged. Take it from me, it's true. I learned from experience

So, if there's a relationship, keep God in the centre. If the relationship is causing you to stray, get help. Please.
